VB.NET Messenger (VB2019)

Work in progress...

This is a simple messenger program that can be used to allow people to communicate with each other, I basically use it so my computers can easily transmit/recieve data between each other over the local network.

I think it could be used over the internet (haven't tried) but I think it has basically no encryption or security...
